At ESCORT Radar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original designer packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to ensure your items are tracked back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
